脂氧素A_4在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的作用机制 被引量:3

摘要 随着急性心肌梗死再灌注疗法的不断发展和推广应用,缺血心肌能在短时间内重新获得血液灌注并恢复氧供应,然而心肌缺血再灌注损伤( myocardial ischemia reperfusion inju-ry, MIRI)的发生率也随之升高。脂氧素( lipoxin, LX)是一类花生四烯酸代谢产物,能促进炎症反应的及时消退,被认为是机体内一类重要的内源性脂质抗炎介质。近年来有研究表明,LX A4能够减轻MIRI,产生心肌保护作用。本文就LX A4抗MIRI作用机制的研究进展作一综述。
