冠心病患者血浆中血红素氧合酶-1和活性氧的表达水平及其相关性 被引量:2

Expression and its correlation of heme oxygenase-1 and reactive oxygen species in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease

摘要 [目的]观察冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者血浆中血红素氧化酶-1(HO-1)和活性氧(ROS)的表达水平及其相关性.[方法]采用ELISA法检测26例汉族冠心病组和22例朝鲜族冠心病组及20例正常对照组血浆中HO-1和ROS水平.[结果]朝鲜族冠心病组、汉族冠心病组及正常对照组对象在年龄、性别及发病因素等方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);朝鲜族冠心病组和汉族冠心病组血浆中HO-1及ROS水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);朝鲜族冠心病组血浆中的HO-1水平明显高于汉族冠心病组(P<0.01),两组ROS水平之间差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05);冠心病患者血浆中的HO-1与ROS二者表达水平呈直线正相关关系(P>0.05).[结论]HO-1和ROS均参与并且相互作用促进冠心病的发展过程;延边地区朝鲜族和汉族人群冠心病发病率及死亡率间差异有可能和血浆中HO-1水平有一定关联. OBJECTIVE To study the expression and its correlation of hemoglobin oxidase-l(HO-1) and reactive oxygen species(ROS) in the plasma of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD). METHODS Using ELISA, concentration of HO-1 and ROS was measured in the plasma collected from 26 cases of Han nationality patients and 22 cases of Korean-Chinese patients, and 20 cases of normal control group. RESULTS There were no significant differences among the factors of age, sex and triggers in Korean-Chinese and Han nationality groups with CHD and normal control group (P ~ 0.05), the concentrations of HO-1 and ROS in the plasma of patients with CHD were significantly higher than that in normal control group(P^0.01), and the concentration of ROS had no significant difference between two groups(P^0.05), and the expression level of HO-1 and ROS in the plasma of patients with CHD was a positive correlation(P〉0.05). CONCLUSION The participation and interaction of HO-1 and ROS promote mutually the developing process of CHD, and the difference of morbidity and mortality of CHD between Korean-Chinese and Han nationality in Yanbian area maybe related to the level of H0-1 in plasma.
