摘要
随着研究进展,人们发现炎症在冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)领域中有着越来越重要的地位,控制炎症有助于减少心血管事件的发生。脂氧素A4 (Lipoxin A4,LXA4)作为一个炎症调控因子,具有干预炎症反应的能力,已被誉为炎症过程中的"刹车信号"。本文就近年来LXA4在冠心病领域中的研究进展进行综述。
With the progress of research, it has been found that inflammation plays an increasingly important role in the field of coronary heart disease(CHD). Therefore, controlling inflammation can help reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events. Lipoxin A4(LXA4), as an inflammation regulator, has the ability to intervene inflammation, and has been hailed as the "brake signal" in the inflammatory process. This article reviews the research progress of LXA4 in the field of coronary heart disease in recent years.
