摘要
高等院校食品安全管理工作关系到广大师生生命健康,对维护校园秩序稳定至关重要。为了有效预防高校食品安全事故,需要持续地加强和规范食品安全管理工作。主要对当前高校食品安全管理中存在的问题进行分析,并从系统论角度出发,结合食堂食品安全管理实践,提出了高校切实加强食堂食品安全管理工作的若干实践措施。
Food safety is essential for the stability of campus, which in relation to life and health of teachers and stu-dents. In this paper, the problems of food safety management in high school are discussed. According to the develop-ment of the country, countermeasures and practices based on classical system theory that could strengthen food safety management effectively in high school are proposed, some of which has been proved useful and effective.
