摘要
国外对食品安全管理的研究主要包括四个方面:"从农田到餐桌"的食品安全的控制体系、食品安全管理技术、食品安全立法和食品安全的经济与政治分析。本文总结了国外研究的特点和对中国食品安全管理研究的启示。
The research of food safety management in foreign countries consist of four parts in foreign countries： ＂from farm to table＂ food safety control system, the technology of food safety management, food safety law and economic and political analysis. The paper summarizes the character of foreign research and inspires the food safety research in China.
