摘要
入库作业一直是困扰着服装企业库存管理的首要问题,往往存在着人员工作强度大、入库效率低等问题。通过以服装企业仓储入库作业为研究对象,对服装企业的入库作业进行了调查,分析了仓储入库中从货物到达至装箱入库的流程,以及入库作业的特点和要求,讨论了入库作业的步骤。同时,还应用Arena仿真技术对入库作业进行模拟,得出入库作业的仿真模型。通过对仿真模型的实证研究,验证了所建模型的正确性,研究结果可用于服装企业入库作业的管理。
Warehousing operations have been the primary problem that plagues apparel business inventory management.High working intensity,low warehousing efficiency and other questions always exist in this area.According to the garment warehousing operations,this paper investigates the warehousing operations of garment enterprises.Then the paper analyzes the flow from arrival to warehousing,especially studies the characteristics and requirements of the garment warehousing operations,and discusses the steps of the warehousing operations.The paper also uses the Arena simulation software to simulate the garment warehousing operations,and concludes a simulation model.Finally,this paper checks the model and verifies the correctness of the model.The result of this paper can be used in the management of warehousing operations in garment enterprises.
