摘要
介绍了Arena软件及其建模特点,以深圳固高科技有限公司一柔性制造系统为例,通过建立Arena仿真模型并制作出动画,在特定的加工时间内能够统计并输出系统中各个加工设备的利用率,以及零件在系统中的逗留时间,找到影响设备利用率和零件逗留时间的因素,从而提高设备利用率,更可使得加工过程可视化。
In this paper, first the Arena software and its modeling characteristics are introduced. Then set a flexible manufacturing system of Shenzhen Googol-tech Co. , Ltd. as an example. By establishing the Arena simulation model and animation, we can statistics and output the utilization ratio of the processing equipment and the time of the parts remain in system in particular processing time. Then we can find the impact factors that effect on equipments utilization ratio and the stay time, so as to enhance the utilization, and also can make the manufacturing process visual.
