摘要
工程实习在采矿人才培养中具有举足轻重的地位和作用,它要适应矿业技术管理对专业知识综合性、实践性的较高要求,遵循四年制工科学生的阶段性认知规律,逐级递进、有序高效地实施。目前阶段,煤炭高校实习组织存在较大困难,通过对学生、教师、高校和企业在实习中的角色定位,深入剖析了造成实习不力的多种原因,包括教师实践教学能力不足、学生态度不端正、经费偏紧、基地建设不力、过程考核不量化,提出了青年教师短期培训和挂职锻炼、构建层次化、过程化和目标化的实习管理体制、并用新老手段和整合区域资源等对策,为保障煤炭高校专业实习的有序开展,全面提升实习质量,提供了有益思路和借鉴。
Engineering practice plays a decisive role in mining talent cultivation,which meets the require-ments of comprehensive and practical knowledge in mining technology.In accordance with the rules of de-veloping cognitive rule,four-academic-year college students should receive three progressive profession practice training,called cognition practice,production practice,and graduation practice.However,in practice teaching,there are some difficult problems as teacher's deficiency ability,student’s negative atti-tude,practice base’s unstable construction,and performance evaluation’s uncertain quantification.In problem-solving of mining practice,Hebei United University puts forward and practices some effective method,which includes young teachers’on-the-job training,constructing hierarchical-progressive-objec-tive teaching management system,comprehensive applying classical means and new means,integrating re-gional practice resources,etc.
