摘要
生产实习是采矿工程专业学生实践中最为重要的环节,该环节有助于提高学生的工程实践能力、有助于培养学生的专业意识与创新意识,由于各种因素的制约,实习效果与教学目标期望仍有一定差距。对采矿工程专业生产实习的现状及存在的主要问题进行了分析,针对提出的具体问题,提出了高校与企业合作、稳定实习教师队伍等改进措施,并进行了详细阐述。
Production practice is one of the most important links in mining engineering students practice,which is helpful to improve the students＇ engineering practice ability and cultivate the students＇ professional consciousness and innovation consciousness. Restricted by various factors,the practice effect and the teaching goal expected to still has certain gap. The present situation and existing main problems of production practice in mining engineering were analyzed. Focused on specific problem,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward,including the cooperation of enterprises and universities,stabilizing the teaching team of practice guidance teachers,and so on. The details of the countermeasures were also expounded in this paper.
