摘要
校外实习教学基地是高校培养创新型、复合型人才的重要保障,因此对实习教学基地服务效能进行研究很有必要。该文分析了校外实习基地服务效能的构成要素、相互关系及存在问题,并有针对性地提出了提高校外实习基地服务效能的措施。据此在该校校外实习基地的试验取得了良好效果。
The off-campus practice teaching base is an important guarantee for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative and compound talents. Therefore, it is necessary to study the service efficiency of the practice teaching base. This paper analyses the constituent elements, mutual relations and existing problems of the service efficiency of the off-campus practice base, and puts forward some measures to improve the service efficiency of such base. On the basis of this experiment, good results have been achieved in the university off-campus practice.
