摘要 白细胞介素-21(IL-21)是由激活的CD4^+T细胞产生的细胞因子.IL-21受体(IL-21R)与IL-2R、IL-4R、IL-7R、ID9R、IL-15R等受体享有共同的受体γ链,广泛表达于免疫细胞上,介导各种免疫效应.IL-21能够增强免疫效应细胞增殖、抗原诱导的激活、克隆扩增,IFN-γ产生,以及NK细胞和T细胞的细胞毒效应.IL-21在被发现之初是作为抗肿瘤因子,最近发现IL-21与自身免疫和炎症性疾病具有相关性. Interleukcin-21(IL-21)is a pleiotropic cytokine produced by CD4+T cells.IL-21R shares the common γ chain with receptor IL-21R,IL-4R,IL-7R,IL-9R and IL-15R.IL-21R expresses on many immune cells and mediates various immunological functions.IL-21 promotes the proliferation of immune effector cells,the antigen-induced activation colonal proliferation and IFN-γ production.IL-21 also functions in the cytotoxic effects of NK cells and T cells.IL-21 was initially found to be a antitumor factor.Recent research suggests that there is interrelationship of IL-21 in autoimmunity and inflammation.In this review,we summarize the immune regulatory function of IL-21.
