中药口服液中性、酸性多糖的检测方法 被引量:2

摘要 以无限极增健口服液为原料,利用CTAB沉淀法分离制备口服液的中性和酸性多糖,并对其进行定量分析.结果表明,该口服液多糖的各单糖组分比例为m甘露糖:m核糖:m鼠李糖:m葡萄醛酸:m葡萄糖:m半乳糖:m木糖:m阿拉伯糖=19.9:0.9:0.9:2.6:61.0:7.4:5.2:2.1.硫酸苯酚法检测结果表明,该口服液的中性多糖和酸性多糖,占总多糖的质量百分比分别为54.3% ~ 67.8%和5.9% ~11.8%.本方法可为多糖分类的快速检测提供参考. Neutral and acidic polysaccharides were separated and prepared from Chinese herbal concentrates using the CTAB precipitation method and were then analyzed quantitatively.The results show that the monosaccharide composition of the polysaccharides in the Chinese herb concentrates are mannose,ribose,rhamnose,glucuronic acid,galactose,xylose,arabinose with molar percentages of 19.6,1.0,0.9,2.4,60.1,7.3,6.1 and 2.5 respectively.Determined by using the phenol-sulfuric acid method the neutral polysaccharides varied from 54.3% to 67.8% of the total polysaccharides,and the acid polysaccharides did from 5.9% ~ 11.8%.This detection method can be used as a reference for rapid classification of polysaccharides.
