摘要
香菇多糖因具有很高的生物学功能已得到广泛的研究。现对香菇多糖的分离和纯化方法进行综述,以期对今后香菇多糖的应用有所借鉴。
Lentinan is widely studied for their biological function. This paper summarized the development of studies on the lentinan, including methods of extraction and purification. It is hoped that the paper will good for the application of the lentinan in the future.
