摘要
随着苏里格气田的开采力度加大,气田采出水也随之增多。气田采出水成分复杂,有较强的腐蚀性,致使天然气处理厂气田采出水处理系统管线和设备发生腐蚀穿孔事故。以苏里格气田天然气处理厂接收的气田采出水为研究对象,分析盐浓度,溶解氧含量,pH等因素对腐蚀的影响。结果表明:腐蚀速率随溶解氧含量的增加而增加;腐蚀速率随pH值的增加而减小;腐蚀速率随溶解盐浓度升高,先增大后减小。研究结果为天然气处理厂防腐工作提供了一定帮助。
With the strengthening of sulige gas field exploration,produced water in gas field also increased.Due to its complicated composition and strong corrosion,the pipeline corrosion perforation frequently occurred.In this paper,we taked produced water in the processing plant of Sulige gas field as an example and analyzed the impact of salinity,dissolved oxygen,pH and other factors on corrosion.Ultimately,the experiment shows that,the corrosion rate increased with the increase of oxygen content,corrosion rate decreased with the increase of pH,with the increase of dissolved salt concentration,the corrosion rate increased at first then decreased.Research results could provide certain help for the anti-corrosion work of the processing plant of Sulige gas field.
