摘要
鄂尔多斯盆地苏里格气田建产速度快、区域面积大、管理点多、人力资源相对不足,推广数字化集气站建设管理模式,通过中心站的"集中监视、事故报警、人工确认、远程操作、应急处理"的功能和集气站的"实时动态检测技术、多级远程关断技术、远程自动排液技术、紧急安全放空技术、关键设备自启停技术、全程网络监视技术、智能安防监控技术、报表自动生成技术"等8项关键技术,实现对数字化集气站的"站场定期巡检、运行远程监控、事故紧急关断、故障人工排除",实现了整个生产过程的自动化、科学化、现代化管理,减少了现场操作次数,降低了安全风险,达到了减员增效的目的。苏里格气田数字化集气站模式是气田数字化的延伸、标准化的拓展,体现了现代精细管理的理念,提高了气田管理水平,适应大气田建设和管理的需要。
The Sulige Gas Field in the Ordos Basin has been put into production within a short time,but it covers such a large area that manpower shortage becomes a prevailing phenomenon for many separate gas gathering stations.Therefore,the digitalized gas gathering stations are necessary to be widely promoted to solve such a problem mentioned above.Through a central station with the integrated functions of centralized supervision,accident alarming,the determination of workers with the assigned task,remote control,emergency treatment,and many other satellite gas gathering stations equipped with key techniques of real-time and dynamic detection,multi-stage remote cut-off,remote and automatic liquid discharge,safe gas-venting for emergency need,automatic start-on and start-off of key equipment,whole-process network monitoring,intelligent security monitoring,report automatic generation,the digitalized gas gathering stations can realize regular visits and inspection,remote supervision and control in the operation,emergency cut-off in accidents,elimination of man-made faults,achieving automatic,scientific and modern management in the whole process of gas production,and reaching the purpose of downsizing staff to improve efficiency while decreasing the operation times and mitigating the security risks.The management of digitalized gas gathering stations in the Sulige Gas Field is the extension of field digitalization and the development of the field standardization,representing the concept of modern fine management,improving the management level of a gas field,and adapting to the construction and management of a large gas field.
