摘要
研究了一种适合于增强不饱和聚酯的高性能玻璃纤维直接无捻粗纱,对纱的毛羽进行测试,结果表明该纱毛羽少,有良好的工艺性能;通过ASTM D2343、ASTM D2344、ISO3597等方法对样品进行性能测试评价,结果表明该纱对不饱和聚酯有优异的增强效果。
A high performance fiberglass single-end roving suitable for reinforcing unsaturated polyester was studied by testing the fuzz amount of the roving and the mechanical properties of GRP according to the standards of ASTM D2343, ASTM D2344 and ISO3597. The results have shown that the roving has low level fuzz and has good process- ing characteristics,and can provide excellent reinforcement for unsaturated polyester.
