摘要
测试分析了拉伸速度、有效长度对玻璃纤维纱线断裂强度、断裂伸长率和断裂功等力学性能的影响以及玻璃纤维纱线捻度对强度和断裂伸长率的影响.研究结果表明,拉伸速度、有效长度对玻璃纤维纱线力学性能的影响比较显著;随着捻度的增加,玻璃纤维纱线的强度增加,有临界值;随着纱线线密度及构成的不同,玻璃纤维纱线的临界捻度、临界捻系数、最大强度与最大强力等临界值各不相同;玻璃纤维纱线的断裂伸长率随着捻度的增加几乎呈线性增加.
Through test, the influence of tensile rate and effective length of glass fibers on the tensile strength and elongation rate of glass fiber yarns is analyzed, as well as the influence of the yarn twist on the yam elongation at break. The results indicate that ten- sile rate and effective length have a significant influence on the tensile properties of glass fiber yams. With the increase of yarn twist, the yam strength becomes greater and a critical value exists. The different yam densities and structures may lead to different critical twist, different twist coefficient, different maximum tenacity and different maximum strength. The elongation at break of glass fiber yarns may increase in linear trend with the chan,,e of yam twist.
