面向工程应用型人才培养的实践教学体系研究——以建筑环境与设备工程专业为例 被引量:3

摘要 针对卓越工程人才的培养需求,对建筑环境与设备工程专业的实践教学进行了持续的探索与改革。通过整合及优化实践教学内容,建立了目标清晰、载体明确的实践教学新体系;深化与社会各方面的合作,促进工程应用、工程创新类科研成果转化为教学资源,开发建设了独具特色、覆盖面全、教学科研承载力强的综合实验系统;充分挖掘学校、企业、科研单位的各自优势,共建实践创新基地,探索校企协同培养人才的有效措施。在提升学生工程实践能力方面取得了较好的实践效果。 To meet the demand for the education of excellent engineering talents, a series of explorations and reforms were carried out in the practice teaching of Building Environment and Equipment Engineering major. A new targeted practice teaching system with a clear carrier was established through the integration and optimization of teaching contents. Continuous transformation of engineering application and innovation has been realized, and the research on practice teaching resources has been strengthened through deepening the cooperation between the university and all sectors of the society. Some unique experimental facilities with strong capacity for teaching and research have been developed. College-enterprise practice teaching base has been built through making full use of the advantages of the university, companies, and research institutes. Effective measures for the implementation of college-enterprise cooperative personnel training have also been explored. A good teaching effect on enhancing the engineering practice abilities of the students has been gained.
