摘要
基于旋转变压器的测角原理对双通道旋转变压器因定、转子安装偏心造成其测角精度的影响进行了分析,发现旋转变压器安装的偏心量与精度误差呈线性关系。对某双通道旋转变压器安装偏心对精度的影响进行测试,结果表明:理论与实测数据相吻合,根据测试结果给出了双通道旋转变压器安装使用的建议。
The effect on the measurement accuracy of a separate two-speed resolver because of the situation of stator and rotor＇ s eccentricity was analyzed in this paper. It was found that the relationship between stator and rotor＇s eccentricity and measurement accuracy was agreed with the line. The experiment on the stator and rotor＇s eccentricity was made. The test results were consistent with the theoretical analysis. The suggestion on the assembling of separate two-speed resolver was given out.
