摘要
提出了一种新的基于速率转台恒速转动和位置转动相结合的旋转变压器测角误差动静态组合标定方法,准确得到了0~360°测角误差曲线。采用周期项与趋势项相结合的方法对得到的误差曲线进行建模,并利用傅里叶谐波分析和最小二乘拟合法对误差的各次项进行补偿。实验证明该方法大幅度的提高了旋转变压器的测角精度,且测试方法简单,操作过程容易,解决了计算机连续自动采样和复杂谐波分量下的补偿等问题,大大提高了标定效率。
A novel method of calibrating the angle-measurement error of resolver is presented, which is based on speed rate table constant-speed rotating and fix-location rotating. In this research, The method can get the whole 0-360° error curve exactly, and the various items of the error are modeled into two parts, cycle-part and trend-part, which are compensated using Fourier harmonic analysis and least square fitting method respectively. Experiments prove that this method significantly improves the accuracy of resolver, and solves the issues about continuous automatic cyber-sampling and compensation under complex harmonic structure, so that the calibration efficiency has been greatly enhanced.
