摘要
针对在轴角转换电路设计中影响精度误差的参数难以判定的问题。介绍了一种利用误差向量关系矩阵对电路精度误差的参数进行分析与定位的方法。从轴角电路的工作原理出发建立误差向量关系矩阵,并利用误差响应向量通过矩阵确定影响转换精度的具体参数,最终对电路加以改进,使得原本误差从最高27LSB降低到4LSB,提高了转换精度。结果表明,该方法对轴角转换电路精度误的判定与分析具有高效和准确的特点。
According to the problem that the influence precision parameter of error is difficult to determine in the angle- digital-converter circuit design. This paper describes a method that use error vector relationship matrix to analyze and determine the parameters of the circuit precision error. The method establishes the error vector relationship matrix by principle of Angle-digital-converter-circuit, And uses error response vector to determine the specific parameters that affect the accuracy of the conversion through the matrix. Eventually improves the circuit,that make the original error is reduced from the highest 27LSB to 4 LSB and improved conversion accuracy. The results show that the method is efficient and accurate to analyze and determine the circuit accuracy error.
