摘要
采用扫描电镜及能谱分析对热轧管用失效芯棒的表面缺陷进行分析,探讨了芯棒表面缺陷的产生原因和长大机理。研究结果表明,芯棒表面缺陷主要是服役过程中产生的表面氧化、龟裂以及磨损等,表面氧化和热疲劳开裂是芯棒失效的起因,而热磨损以及各种缺陷的相互作用则导致了芯棒的最终失效。
Scanning Electronic Microscope (SEM) and EDAX were used to analyze the surface defect of mandril for hot rolling steel tube. Appearance and growth of the surface defect were investigated and discussed. The results indicated that the failure of mandril was mainly caused by the formation, growth and gathering of its surface defects such as oxidation, chap and abrasion during service. Surface oxidation, heat fatigue, and combined with further thermal wear lead to the final failure of the mandril.
