摘要
介绍了石化装置用P9热轧无缝钢管的国产化研发过程。通过合理的炼钢、轧制以及热处理工艺控制,研制出的P9热轧无缝钢管化学成分以及各项性能均满足ASME SA 335/SA 335M标准要求,显微组织为回火马氏体,脆性转变温度在-48℃左右,短时高温性能达到ASME相关规范要求,在600℃时,屈服强度仍能够达到270 MPa,可以替代进口,实现P9无缝钢管的国产化。
Elaborated in the assay is the R & D activities for localization of the P9 hot-rolled seamless steel pipe. Thanks to proper control of the processes for steel-making, pipe-rolling and pipe heat treatment, the P9 hotrolled seamless steel pipe as developed has its chemical composition and all the relevant performance indexes in compliance with the requirements under ASME SA 335/SA 335M Specifications, including tempered martensite mierostructure, -48 ℃ brittle transition temperature, short-time high temperature performance conforming to ASME- specified requirement, and yield strength up to 270 MPa at 600 ℃. Therefore the home-made P9 hot-rolled seamless steel pipe is capable of being used as substitute for the imported ones, having brought about realization of localization of this type of pipe.
