摘要
针对某公司100万吨/年连续重整装置的四合一炉用第一批国产化的P9钢管,采用直读光谱仪、室温拉伸试验机、光学金相显微镜、扫描电镜和高温持久试验机等设备开展了试验研究。结果表明,经过7年2个月服役,钢管理化性能未发生显著变化,仍满足ASTM A335对P9材质的要求。结合试验温度540~700℃、试验压力15~150 MPa的高温持久试验,采用L-M外推法,预测在管壁最高温度650℃、最高工作压力0.5 MPa条件下稳定服役的P9钢管母材剩余寿命约5年,截至2019年11月,在该服役条件下运行平稳。
For the first batch of domestic P9 steel pipes used in the four-in-one boiler of a company′s one million ton/year continuous reforming plant,experimental studies were carried out using equipment such as direct-reading spectrometer,room temperature tensile tester,optical metallurgical microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and stress rupture tester.The results show that after service of 7 years and 2 months,no significant change took place in the chemical and physical properties of the steel pipe,which still satisfies the requirements of ASTM A335 for P9 material.In combination with the high temperature creep rupture testing at the test temperature of 540~700℃and the test pressure of 15~150 MPa,and using the L-M extrapolation method,the remaining life of P9 steel pipe in service at the maximum wall temperature of 650℃and the maximum working pressure of 0.5 MPa is about 5 years.By November 2019,the steel pipes are still running smoothly.
