摘要
对 P91钢和 TP347H 钢焊接接头在焊态和720℃、760℃、800℃和1050℃×2 h 空冷等焊后热处理工艺下的试样进行了拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度等常规力学性能试验和高温持久强度试验研究。研究结果表明,合适的热处理规范可以提高 P91+TP347H 异种钢焊接接头的拉伸及弯曲性能,对冲击性能及硬度没有大的影响。经热处理后的焊接接头试样比未经热处理的具有更好的高温持久性能。得出了P91+1P347H 异种钢焊接的最佳工艺方案是采用 TIG 焊,并进行焊前预热和焊后760℃×2h 空冷时效处理。
P91+TP347H hetero-joints were investi- gated after aging treatment at 720℃,760℃,800℃ and 1050℃×2h air cooling respectively by tensile test,bend test,impact test and hardness test and high temperature creep rupture test.The result showed that proper heat treatment can improve tensile and bend properties,but has little effect on impact and hardness properties.Creep rupture test suggested that post-weld treated joints had better high-temperature lasting prop- erties compared to untreated joints.The conclusion was that the optimum process for P91 + TP347H hetero- steel welding was TIG method plus preheating before welding and aging treatment at 760℃×2h air cooling after welding.
