摘要
分析了专业现状及实验动物学教学中存在的问题,就合理设置课程开设时间、调整实验学时、增加背景知识、消除学生心理障碍及完善考核方式几个方面进行了探讨,简要论述了食品质量与安全专业开设实验动物学课程的教学改革,以适应食品质量与安全专业对人才培养的需求。
The present situation of food quality and safety specialty and problems existing in the teaching of laboratory animal science were analyzed.Teaching reform of laboratory animal science was briefly expounded from several aspects of rational course time setting,experimental class hour adjustment,increasing of background knowledge,mental maladjustment elimination of students and perfection of assessment methods to adapt to the talent training requirement of food quality and safety specialty.
