摘要
高校是教师和学生进行大量教学、科研实验活动的地方,实验室的安全使用、实验室废弃物的处理等是不容忽视的重要工作。通过对山东农业大学实验室的调查分析和排出废水的监测,说明高校在实验室安全措施得当有效的前提下,总体实验排出废水符合国家标准,并提出了完善实验室安全管理体制、健全实验室安全管理制度、加强实验室安全教育和监督、实验室危险废物必须收集和集中处理的管理措施和建议。
Colleges and universities are the place where teachers and students make a large number of experiments for teaching and scientific research purposes. It is very important to operate the laboratory and manage its wastes safely. The investigation on the laboratories of Shandong Agricultural University and the monitoring of its waste water show that, under the effective management, the laboratory waste water can reach the national standards. Even though, such proposals are necessary such as perfecting laboratory safety management system, amplifying laboratory safety management rules and regulations, and strengthening laboratory safety education and supervision and a new management system to collect and centralize disposing the laboratory wastes.
