摘要
基于VB.net和研华PCI-1220运动控制卡设计了一种开放式多轴运动控制系统,系统主要包括硬件设计、软件设计、轨迹规划以及误差处理。经测试,该系统可以实现单轴点动、连续运动、回零运动以及双轴直线和圆弧插补等功能,系统人机交互界面友好,运行稳定可靠,操作方便,可用于实验、教学、培训以及数控系统中。
An open multi-axis motion control system is designed in this paper based on VB.net and PCI-1220.The system is composed of hardware,software,trajectory planning and error handling.The single-axis point-to-point,continuous,and back to zero motion are implemented in the system.Moreover,the double-axis line and arc interpolation are also implemented.The system is stable,reliable and convenient. Furthermore,it is used in the experiment, teaching,training and CNC system.
