摘要
目的探讨电话加短信随访干预对2型糖尿病患者康复的影响。方法将200例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为随访组和对照组,每组100例。两组均按照2型糖尿病诊疗常规进行治疗和护理。随访组定期电话加短信随访。对照组门诊随诊。干预时间1年。采用空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)水平评定血糖控制效果;采用2型糖尿病患者相关行为评定表评定患者行为变化。结果干预后6月末和1年末,随访组FBG、PBG控制水平低于对照组(P<0.01);随访组行为改善(6个月末心理调节除外)显著优于同期对照组(P<0.05)。随访组入院率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电话加短信随访干预有助于改善2型糖尿病患者相关行为,有利于血糖控制,促进康复的效果比门诊随诊更好。
Objective To explore the influence of follow-up intervention by telephone with SMS on rehabilitation of the patients with type 2diabetes .Methods All 200 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly assigned into the follow-up group and the control group .Each had 100 cases .All patients in the groups were given conventional treating and nursing ac-cording to treatment specification of type 2diabetes .The patients in the follow-up group received a follow-up intervention by telephone for one year while the patients in the control group received an outpatient service follow-up .The control effect of blood-glucose was evaluated with fasting and postprandial blood-glucose .The change of the patients＆#39;behavior was evaluated with the evaluation form of related behavior to type 2diabetes .Results In the 6th and12th end of the month after interven-tion ,the degree of fasting and postprandial blood-glucose in the follow-up group was significantly lower than that in the con-trol group （P〈0 .01） ,improvement of the patients＆#39;behaviors in the follow-up group was significantly better than those in the control group but mental regulation in the 6th end of the month after intervention （P〈0 .05） .The admission rate in the follow-up group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion The follow-up intervention by telephone with SMS can significantly improve the patients＆#39;behaviors related to type 2diabetes .It is conducive to control of blood-glucose .It improves rehabilitation of the patients better than outpatient service follow-up .
