摘要
目的探讨社区健康教育对2型糖尿病患者的防治效果。方法将232例社区2型糖尿病患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,各116例。干预组进行系统化糖尿病健康教育。对照组进行传统的糖尿病健康教育。教育前及教育后6个月分别进行问卷调查,并监测空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标。比较两组健康教育前后各项指标控制情况、糖尿病相关知识知晓率及不良行为改变情况。结果健康教育后干预组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白控制情况均比教育前显著改善(P<0.05),对照组无明显改善。干预组对糖尿病相关知识知晓率为60.40%,显著高于对照组的27.93%(P<0.05);干预组在膳食结构改变、坚持体育锻炼、控制体重、戒烟戒酒等明显改善,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区健康教育可以显著控制血糖,提高患者对糖尿病相关知识的知晓率,改变不良行为和生活方式,有效控制疾病发展。
Objective To investigate the effect of community health education on type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） pa- tients. Methods 232 cases of T2DM patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, each group with 116 cases. The patients in the intervention group were given Systematic diabetic health education, while taken traditional diabetic education in the control group. Taken Questionnaire survey before and 6 months after intervention and tested the levels of fasting blood glucose （Ft~）, postprandial blood glucose （PBG）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）. Compared the education effect between two groups. Results Six months after intervention, the level of F]3C-, PBG and HbAlc were significantly improved in the intervention group（P%0. 05）, while no improvement in the control group. After education, the awareness rate for diabetes--related knowledge were 60. 40% in the intervention group, significantly higher than the rate of 27.93% in the control group（P^0. 05）. Compared with the control group, the behavior and lifestyle such as the change in dietary pattern, doing physical exercise, weight control, smoking and drinking control were significantly im- proved in the intervention group （P^0. 05）. Conclusion Community health education can effectively control blood sugar, raise patients awareness of diabetes--related knowledge, and change the bad behavior and lifestyle, so as to control the de- velopment of the disease.
