摘要
目的:探讨复杂牙列缺损老年患者应用可摘局部义齿修复的临床效果。方法:老年复杂牙列缺损患者78例。其中39例应用纯钛铸造支架进行可摘局部义齿修复。另外39例应用钴铬合金铸造支架可摘局部义齿修复。对比2种不同材料在老年复杂可摘局部义齿修复当中的各项临床指标。结果:两种材料中,以纯钛铸造支架的优良率最高,钴铬合金铸造支架次之,两者相比有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种不同材料在义齿修复之后出现的不良事件概率对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者应用纯钛铸造支架后义齿功能良好,随着时间延长会出现一定程度的下降,但下降前后对比无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对复杂牙列缺损老年患者应用可摘局部义齿进行修复治疗,有较好的临床效果,提高了患者的生活质量以及口腔健康。使用纯钛铸造支架对老年患者进行复杂可摘局部义齿修复具有突出的治疗效果,纯钛铸造支架价格稍贵,但其优良率及义齿功能恢复率较为突出。老年患者进行复杂可摘局部义齿修复时应该注意材料的选择,好的材料会使义齿修复收到事半功倍的效果。
Objective： To study the the application of removable partial denture of the complex dentition defect in elderly patients to analyze its clinical significance. Methods： 78 patients with complex dentition defect in the elderly were selected in our hospital,the clinical data was analysedd retrospectively. For 39 cases of pure titanium casting stents method,for patients with removable partial denture,summarized its clinical effect. Another stent 39 cases of application of cobalt chromium alloy casting removable partial denture. Comparing two different materials in the old complex clinical indicators of removable partial denture. Results： The two kinds of materials,pure titanium casting stents was better than cobalt chromium alloy casting stents,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; the probability of adverse events following a denture of the two materials was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; After application of pure titanium casting stents denture function was good,with time passing there will be a certain degree of decline,but the contrast before and after the fall had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The complex can be applied to elderly patients with dentition defect repair of removable partial denture treatment,having prominent clinical effect,greatly improving the life quality of patients and oral health. Using pure titanium casting stents for elderly patients with complex removable partial denture will be with prominent clinical curative effect. Although the price of pure titanium casting stents is a bit expensive,but its dykes and denture function recovery rate are more outstanding. For elderly patients attention should be paid to the choice of materials,better material will achieve achieve better treatment for partial denture.
