基于数字化三维打印技术的个体化修复在牙列缺损种植中的应用价值研究

摘要 目的:探讨数字化三维打印(D3DP)技术为牙列缺损患者进行个体化义齿修复,在提升修复效率和美学效果方面的临床应用价值。方法:选取2023年6月—2025年5月青岛市第五人民医院收治的150例牙列缺损患者,按随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组75例。研究组接受全程数字化种植修复(数字化导板引导手术+口内扫描取模+计算机辅助设计+3D打印修复体),对照组接受传统种植修复(自由手植入手术+传统聚醚取模+失蜡法铸造修复体)。比较两组患者的手术效率、修复体质量、并发症发生率及美学评分。结果:研究组种植体植入用时、修复体戴入用时及调改次数优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组修复体边缘适配性优良率高于对照组,内部密合性优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组红色美学评分、白色美学评分及美学总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:D3DP技术在牙列缺损患者个体化义齿修复中应用效果良好,可提升手术效率与修复体质量,降低并发症发生率,且美学效果更佳。 Objective:To explore the clinical application value of digital three-dimensional printing(D3DP)technology on repair efficiency and aesthetic outcomes of personalized denture repair in patients with dentition defects.Methods:150 patients with dental defects who were treated at Qingdao Fifth People’s Hospital from June 2023 to May 2025 were selected.They were divided into the study group(n=75)and the control group(n=75)using the random number table method.The study group underwent fully digital implant restoration(digital guide plate-assisted surgery+intraoral scanning+computer-aided design+3D-printed prosthesis),while the control group received traditional implant restoration(freehand surgery+traditional polyether impression+lost-wax casting).The surgical efficiency,prosthesis quality,complication rates,and aesthetic scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The study group showed superior implant placement time,prosthesis delivery time,and adjustment times compared to the control group(P<0.05).The study group also showed higher excellent rates for prosthesis marginal adaptation,better internal fit,and lower complication rates(P<0.05).Additionally,the study group scored higher in pink aesthetic,white aesthetic,and overall aesthetics(P<0.05).Conclusion:D3DP technology has favorable application effects in personalized denture repair for patients with dentition defects,which can enhance surgical efficiency,prosthesis quality,and aesthetic outcomes while reducing complication rates.
