摘要
目的探讨不同冠外附着体对老年患者牙列缺损的修复效果。方法选择48例牙列缺损的老年患者,随机分为三组,每组16例,一组采用球帽型附着体,一组采用太极扣附着体,对照组采用传统的可摘局部义齿,对比三组患者主观评价和并发症情况,比较其效果。结果球帽型附着体和太极扣型附着体的患者对戴义齿后的美观性、固定情况、咀嚼功能、舒适性和发音功能满意度较高,两组满意度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。球帽型和太极扣型附着体组并发症较少,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论冠外附着体对老年患者牙列缺损修复效果较好,具有较好的应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of extracoronal extracoronal attachment applied in the restoration of dentition defect in the eldery. Methods 48 elderly patients with dentition defects are selected,and were randomly divided into three groups. There are 16 patients in each group,one group with stud-type attachments,one group with tai chi buckle attachment the control group using traditional removable partial dentures, contrasting the subjective evaluation and complications to compare the effect. Results The stud type attachments and tai chi buckle-type attachment have higher satisfaction about the appearance of wearing dentures, fixed situation, chewing function, comfort and satisfaction of pronunciation than the control group, the difference was statistically significance（P〈0.05）. The stud type and tai ehi buckle group attachment have fewer complications, the difference was significant compared with the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The restorationby extracornal attachment in the eldery can achieve satisfactory effects, having good application value.
