摘要 分布式电源具有启动速度快、结构简单、反应灵活等特点,在电网黑启动中发挥着重要的作用。从黑启动中大型机组自启动的一些弊端出发,分析了分布式电源在黑启动中的运用。着重讨论了大停电以后分布式电源启动顺序的确定原则,并采用模糊层次分析法进行优化研究。分析了影响分布式电源启动的因素,建立模糊层次模型;根据给出的各指标属性用三角模糊数表示评价矩阵;对于指标权重的确定问题,引入了梯形模糊数互补判断矩阵的权重确定方法;根据各机组综合模糊效用排序得到优化启动顺序。 Distributed power with features such as high start-up speed, simple structure and flexible response plays an important role in the black-start of grid. The application of distributed power in black-start was analyzed, considering self-starting disadvantages of large unit in the black-start. The principles of start-up sequence of distributed power after blackout were discussed and the starting order was optimized using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The factors influencing the start-up of distributed power were analyzed and a fuzzy hierarchical model was established. The evaluation matrix was expressed using the triangular fuzzy number based on the nature of indices, the weight of the indices was determined by means of trapezoidal fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix. The start-up sequence was optimized according to the ordination of integrated fuzzy effectiveness of each unit.
