摘要
选择柴油发电机组作为4×150 MW燃煤发电厂的黑启动电源,对黑启动顺序和柴油发电机组的选型方法进行研究。依据DL/T5153—2002《火力发电厂厂用电设计技术规定》,并结合实际情况对黑启动柴油发电机组选型计算公式和复核条件作相应调整,以此计算柴油发电机组的额定容量和输出功率,校验其短时过负荷能力和黑启动时母线电压水平。指出在进行选型计算时,应比较黑启动柴油发电机组与应急柴油发电机组的异同,选择适于黑启动柴油发电机组的计算方法和复核条件。
Diesel generator unit is chosen as black-start-up power for 4×150 MW coal-fired power plant,and black start-up program and type selection for diesel generator unit are studied.In accordance with DL/T 5153-2002 Technical Regulations for Auxiliary Power Design in Fossil-fuel Power Plant and in combination with practicality,calculation formula and recheck conditions for type selection of diesel generator unit are adjusted accordingly to figure out rated capacity and output power of diesel generator unit and examine its short-term overloading capacity and bus voltage level during black start-up.It is indicated to compare black start-up diesel generator unit with emergency diesel generator unit in respects of their similarities and differences so as to choose calculation method and recheck conditions applied to black start-up diesel generator unit.
