60例乳腺浸润性导管癌中医分型与超声造影分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨两种不同证型乳腺浸润性导管癌与超声造影的关系,为乳腺癌辨证分型提供影像学证据。方法选择60例乳腺癌患者,按中医辨证分为两型,肝郁痰凝型组30例、冲任失调型组30例,应用彩色与能量多普勒显像结合超声造影剂监测乳腺癌患者肿瘤血管血流灌注情况(峰值时间、峰值强度)。结果肝郁痰凝型组乳腺癌患者超声造影峰值强度明显高于冲任失调型组患者(P<0.05);两证型组之间超声造影峰值时间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌超声造影可间接判断乳腺肿瘤血管生成的活性,峰值强度的差异性可能作为乳腺癌临床辨证分型的客观指标之一。
