准分子激光角膜切削术后角膜上皮下混浊的远期观察

摘要 虽然目前准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术(photorefractivekeratectomy,PRK)有被准分子激光原位角膜磨削术(Laser inSitu Keratomileusis,LASIK)取代之势,但PRK对轻中度近视的疗效仍不容置疑。我们对1994年接受PRK患者的角膜Haze进行了观察,现报告如下。
