准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术后角膜上皮下浑浊及处理 被引量:1

An investigation and management of subepithelial haze of cornea following excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy.

摘要 目的 研究准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术后角膜上皮下浑浊 (haze)的原因并讨论其治疗方法。方法 将 3 0 0眼分为轻、中度近视两组 ,术后 1、3、6、12月观察haze情况。对术后 6、12月的男、女患者和术后用药的长短 ,激光光斑直径及能量所出现的haze分别进行分析。结果 轻度近视在术后 6月 ,中度近视在术后 3月时haze明显。术后 12月时 0级haze最多。结论 haze与术后时间、术前屈光度、滴眼持续时间、激光的光斑直径和能量大小有关。 Objective To study the causes of subepithelial haze of cornea and management following photorefractive keratectomy(PRK).Methods 300 myopic were devided into mild and middle myopia groups.Hazes were follwing up in 1,3,6,12 month postoperation respectively. Results Hazes in mild and the middle myopia groups were more in 6,3 months postoperation respectively (χ 2=31.26,P<0.01).Clear corneas of 300 eyes were most in 12 months postoperation Conclusions Hazes following PRK were influenced by many factors,such as the length of postoperation,the diopters of myopia,the length of dropping,the spot diameter and energy of excimer laser,etc.The best therapy of hazes following PRK may be the methods from molecular levels of corneal cells in the future.
