摘要
目的 :研究川芎有效部位化学成分。方法 :溶剂提取 ,色谱分离 ,光谱鉴定化合物结构。结果 :共分离鉴定了藁本内酯 ;4,5 二氢 3 丁基苯肽 ;Z ,Z′ 6 ,6′,7,3α 二聚藁本内酯 ;Z 6 ,8′,7,3′ 二聚藁本内酯 ,Z′ 3 ,8 二氢 6 ,6′,7,3′α 二聚藁本内酯 ;4 羟基 3 丁基苯肽 ,阿魏酸及川芎三萜等 8个化合物。结论 :川芎三萜为一新化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Ligusticum chuanxiong . Method: The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel and ODS,and identified by NMR, MS spectral data. Result: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as Ligustilide(Ⅰ),4,5 dihydro 3 butylphthalide(Ⅱ), Z,Z ' 6,6',7,3α diligustili de(Ⅲ),Z 6,8',7,3' diligustilide(Ⅳ) ,Z' 3,8 dihydro 6,6'7,3'α diligustilide(Ⅴ),4 hydroxy 3 butylphthalide(Ⅵ), ferulic acid(Ⅶ) and Xiongterpene(Ⅷ).Conclusion:Compound Ⅷ is a new compound.
