Chemical Constituents from Ligusticum chuanxiong

摘要 目的研究川芎Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.的化学成分。方法溶剂提取,色谱分离,光谱鉴定化合物结构。结果从中分离得到了6个化合物,经结构鉴定为:芥子酸(sinapic acid,Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sistosterol,Ⅱ)、Z-6,8’,7,3’-二聚藁本内酯(Z-6,8’,7,3’-diligustilide,Ⅲ)、阿魏酸(ferulic acid,Ⅳ)、4-羟基-3-丁基苯酞(4-hy-droxy-3-butyl-phthalide,Ⅴ)、孕烯醇酮(pregnenolone,Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents from Ligusticum chuanxiong aiming at searching for bioactive natural products. Methods All compounds were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods. Their structures were determined by various spectral methods. Results Sixteen compounds were isolated from Ligusticum chuanxiong and their structures were identified by means of spectroscopic analysis as: sinapic acid( Ⅰ ) ;13-sistosterol( Ⅱ ) ;Z-6,8' ,7,3' - diligustilide( Ⅲ) ;ferulic acid (Ⅳ) ; 4-hy-droxy-3-butyl-phthalide (Ⅴ) ;pregnenolone( Ⅵ ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅵ are found in Ligusticum chuanxiong for the first time.
