摘要
金属—陶瓷封接过程中容易产生附加应力 ,并影响到产品工作性能。通过建立典型结构的力学模型 ,分析封接结构应力分布特征 ,从而提出改进金属—陶瓷封接产品在材料匹配。
The stress of metal/ceramic hermetic sealing and the distribution feature is analyzed in this article. From the aspect of reducing the hermetic sealing stress, the author suggests the designing principle of hermetically sealed structure.
