摘要
用云南楚雄的克山病区粮以及墨江的非病区粮喂养大鼠8周,对比观察两组大鼠血及组织中的化学元素及抗氧化能力水平。研究结果表明,喂病区粮的大鼠肝及心肌中的硒含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性下降,血、心肌及肝中的脂质过氧化物升高,提示由于病区粮中硒含量低,导致大鼠体内抗氧化能力下降。
The experiments were performe on Wistar rats with diets from endemic andnon-endemic districts in Yunnan province。Twenty rats divided into experimentaland control groups and fed on the diets for 8 weeks,before being sacrificed byfracturing the neck Samples of blood and parenchymatous liver and heart tissueswer collected for determination of selenium,manganese,copper,Zinc,calcium,iron and vitamin E content,glutathion peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activiti-es,and TBA value.The results show that the selenium content and GSH-Pxactivity decressed in the liver and heart tissues,and TBA value increased in theblood and liver and hear tissues in the experimental group.
