摘要
本文对硒及其化合物吸收后在体内存在的形式及代谢途径 ,血硒与相应一些酶活性的关系 ,不同来源硒在体内的生物活性 ,硒对一些大分子合成的影响 ,硒对亚细胞结构及功能的影响 ,不同条件下人及动物的补硒方式等进行了论述。
This paper reviewed progresses of selenium research recently including depositing forms after selenium absorption and metabolic ways, relationship between serum Se level and some enzyme activities, bioavailable varies of different selenium forms, effect of selenium on synthesize of some biological molecules, effect of selenium on constructure and function of cell, and selenium supplemental access to man and animal under different conditions.
