摘要
介绍了轴承结构形式选用、如何弥补轴承室发热引起的变形、合理配合的选取、型位公差的选取、拆卸安装是否方便、润滑方式确定和密封形式的选用等是提高轴承可靠性的设计关键。
The bearings are a component which is a frequently occurring trouble. This paper introduces selection of structure form, compensation of deformation of the bearing chamber caused by heat-generation, reasonable selection of the fit and form-position tolerance, convenient to mount and dismount, lubrication way and sealing mode for higher reliability of the bearings.
