摘要 首先,介绍了振动筛常用的激振器类型及其结构特点和应用,指出强迫同步性激振器易于实现标准化、系列化、通用化,是未来激振器发展的趋势。其次,介绍了激振器典型故障,分析了其产生的根源,并从设计和使用维护等方面提出了解决方法。最后,强调了激振器设计中需要注意的关键问题。为振动筛激振器选型及激振器设计提供一定的依据。 Firstly, the types, structure characteristics and application of exciter commonly used in vibrating screen were introduced, and pointed out that the forced synchronous exciter was easy to be standardized, serialized and generalized, which was the trend of the development of exciter in the future. Secondly, the typical faults of vibration exciter were introduced, its origin was analyzed, and the solution was put forward on the aspects of design and maintenance. Finally, the key problems in the design of exciter were emphasized. It provides a certain basis for the selection and design of exciter on vibration screen.
