摘要
以ZKS3661大型香蕉筛为研究对象,建立了筛框的有限元模型,利用有限元分析软件对筛框进行模态分析,计算出前9阶固有频率和模态振型,发现其工作频率远离其固有频率。将ZKS3661大型香蕉筛下横梁的外径由325mm改为350mm后,下横梁的最大应力有一定的减小,对改进后的香蕉筛再次进行模态分析,发现固有频率无明显变化。
Take ZKS3661 large-scale banana screen as the research object, established the finite ele-ment model of the screen box, using the finite element analysis software conducted modal analysis on the screen, the calculated the first 9 orders natural frequency and modal vibration mode, and found that its working frequency is far from its natural frequency. When the diameter of lower beam of screen reformed from 325 mm to 350 mm, the beam under the maximum stress has certain decreased. Once again, the modal analysis conducted on the improved banana screen, and found there was no significant alteration of the natural frequency.
