摘要
在检测鼠疫抗体上用放射免疫沉淀—聚乙二醇分析法(RIP—PEG)与RIP—SPA法,取得同等检测水平,对近缘菌的抗血清和正常动物血清的特异性试验结果两法一致,但RIP—PEG法试剂稳定,应用范围广,制备容易,优于RIP—SPA法。
Yersinia Pestis antibody was detected by using RIP-PEG and RIP-SPA method. The result showed that both of them were obtained the same level of detecting. We made the distinctive experiment for breeding bacterium anti—serm and normal animal serum and obtained the same result.The reagent was stable in RIP-PEG method and was easy for preparation. So authors consider that the RIP-PEG is better than the RIP-SPA method.
