摘要
1985~1987年我们应用RIP检测疫区黄鼠血清3957份,1985年血清滴度>1:1O的有1O份(0.51%),其中>1:320的有2份(0.10%)。1986~1987年血清均为阴性。检测非疫区黄鼠血清3008份,滴度为1:20~80的为7份(0.23%),疫区犬血清110份全部阴性。结果表明该疫区近年来黄鼠血清中鼠疫F1抗体滴度呈下降趋势。
From 1985 through 1987, a total of 3957 sera of Citellus alaschanicus from plague foci were examined by radioimmunoprecipitation assay (RIP), results showed that, in 1985, 10 sera (0.51%) were>1: 10 with 2(0.10%)>1 : 320 among them, however, all sera were negative when surveillances were carried out in the same areas. And 7 (0.23%) showed titers of 1:20-80 when 3008 sera from nonplague areas were tested, and results were negative with 110 dog sera from plague foci. It's suggested that antibody titers have been declining in the sur veyed foci.
