摘要
超音速火焰喷涂作为热喷涂领域的新技术具有粒子飞行速度高 ,涂层质量好等优点 ,重点从以下三个方面对国内外超音速火焰喷涂理论和技术进行了综述 :超音速火焰喷涂过程粒子束的加热与加速行为、超音速火焰喷枪设计与焰流的数值模拟以及超音速火焰喷涂技术的应用等 ,从而为超音速火焰喷涂技术在我国的开发应用提供参考与依据。
Hypersonic oxy-fuel spraying (HVOF/HVAF) is a kind of new thermal spraying technology with advantages of high particle-velocity and good coating quality. The developments of the theory and technology of HVOF/HVAF are reviewed in three respects: the heating and accelerating behaviours of the particle beams in the process of spraying, the spray gun design and the numerical simulation of spray flames, as well as the applications of the spray coating technology, which provide references and foundations for the developments and applications of the technique in China.
