摘要
分析比较了超音速喷涂与等离子喷涂的WC/Co涂层的形貌、显微组织结构、孔隙率、硬度及其耐磨性。结果表明超音速火焰喷涂的WC/Co涂层具有与粉末相近的相结构;也就是说WC颗粒在超音速火焰喷涂过程中,只有极少部分被分解和氧化。同时涂层还具有很高的致密度、硬度和良好的耐磨性;涂层与基体的结合情况也得到很大的改善。
The particle flying velocity of HVOF is much higher than that of plasma, while the temperature of HVOF is significantly lower. The most significant characteristics of this process are the great benefits to deposit coatings of some materials that tend to be decomposed and oxidated at higher temperature. The paper concerned much on the photomicrograph, microstructure, porosity, hardness and wear resistance of the HVOF WC/Co coating. For comparison, the WC/Co coatings deposited with plasma were also examined. The test results confirmed that the phase of HVOF WC/Co coating is much the same as the WC/Co powder. In another words, during spraying decomposition and oxidation of WC particle almost not happened. The test results also identified that the WC/Co coating deposited with HVOF is very hard, dense and wear resistant, and the interface bonding situation of the coating and substrate was greatly improved.
